Adam Lemon, Chief Executive Officer

Adam Lemon began his working career with Central Africa Building Society (CABS) and Rennie Grinaker Zimbabwe Limited, where he held several senior positions. When the Rennie Grinaker Group disinvested from Zimbabwe in 1996, Adam was instrumental in the successful management buy-out of Allen Wack and Shepherd (Private) Limited, a leading freight forwarding and custom clearing company. Adam was Financial Director of Allen Wack until 2005. Subsequently, Adam was the Managing Director of a local catering company, a Non-Executive director of a local banking institution and Financial Director of an information technology company before joining Celsys Limited in January 2009 and becoming CEO in March 2010.

Chido Maunze, Chief Financial Officer

Chido Maunze completed her articles with Deloitte (Zimbabwe) in 2005. She gained valuable experience from assignments with Deloitte in the United States of America before returning to Zimbabwe in 2009. Chido was appointed CFO of Celsys in September 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a Chartered Accountant.
