Ewald Rienks, Managing Director

During his almost thirty year career, Ewald Rienks has held senior positions with a diverse range of reputable organizations, including KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Philips Electronics, Alstom and Unilever.  His experience includes expatriate positions both in Europe and Africa.  Ewald holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, from Technical University Delft.

Celedra Vongayi, Finance Manager

Celedra Vongayi has been with Millchem for over seven years, in increasingly senior roles.  Prior to this, she was with Pioneer Transport where she worked for three years.
Celedra holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe. 

Graeme Barr, General Manager and Business Development Manager

Graeme Barr was previously with AkzoNobel, specializing in advanced bio-fuel technology, undertaking research and development, reflecting European environmental guidelines and cost cutting methods under I.C.I/Akzonobel.  He was also active in the healthcare sector in Europe and the United States.
Graeme holds an Honours Degree in Chemistry University of Surrey following a HNC in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Sunderland.

Vanessa Mpofu, Supply Chain Manager

Vanessa Mpofu was previously with Nestle in Zimbabwe and Kenya, focusing on supply chain management. 
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from National University of Science & Technology (Zimbabwe) and a Diploma in Marketing Management awarded by IMM Graduate School of Marketing (South Africa).
